Tusculum Prague is an atelier and residency center, part of the cultural and artistic platform Petrohradská kolektiv. The project has been working with the site of the historic Chittussi Hospital complex and its park since late 2023. The facilities consist of two historic buildings with studios connected by the Tusculum Garden park, an outdoor exhibition and art space for intergenerational gatherings of the contemporary art scene. The park also serves the patients and operations of the hospital (LDN Praha 6), which is administered by the Prague 6 City District, and the space is open to the public as well. The complex functions as a site for long-term interventions, performative events, and community activities. The long-term transformation of the Chittussi Hospital premises is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union, the Ministry of Culture, FaVU VUT, the City of Prague, and the Prague 6 City District.
