AntiGonna

AntiGonna (production AntiGonStaff) is the artistic pseudonym of Oksana Andreieva (*1986, Vinnytsia, Ukraine), a Paris-based independent filmmaker, visual artist, actress, and producer who works with experimental documentary, video art, VR 360, photography, installation, and performance art.

Her practice explores taboo and liminal themes, including fear, violence, death, altered sexuality, and aggression. Drawing on autobiographical experience, she investigates how trauma transforms into brutality and uses ritual, irony, and humor as tools to confront and neutralize horror. The body serves as a central metaphor where vulnerability, sexuality, and violence intersect in an experimental visual language.

She studied at the Grekov Odesa Art College (2002–2007). Formerly based in Kyiv and Warsaw, she has been living and working in Paris since 2022. Her works have been presented internationally at Cité Internationale des Arts and the Cinémathèque française (Paris), FID Marseille, Castello di Rivoli (Turin), Mimosa House (London), Tampere Film Festival, Berlin PFF, and the Laznia Nowa Theater (Krakow). She was a nominee for the 2020 PinchukArtCentre Prize and a finalist of the International Festival of New Nonfiction Narratives (Condor).
