Alex Sihelsk* (*1999, Zvolen, Slovakia, currently living in Prague) is a multidisciplinary artist who explores contemporary and traditional witchcraft, viewing it as an effort to reclaim usurped knowledge and recontextualize it through queer perspectives. Under the banner of queer ecologies, they also explore mythological narratives, the rediscovery and acceptance of monstrosity, the relationship with the landscape and its inhabitants, as well as questions of identity. At the same time, they research visions of solarpunk futures and are learning skills such as agriculture and pastoralism.
