Guided tours in Prague and Pardubice aim to relay the context of the exhibited projects as well as the life stories of artists, and collectives. In July, they will be guided by František Fekete, the co-curator of the biennale, and by theorist and curator Denisa Michalinová. Tours are available in Czech and English. You can visit the exhibition outside of the scheduled tour times until September 13.

The community music platform Shella Radio invites you to a “daytime gathering” at a skatepark in the Prague Market in the heart of Prague's hip Holešovice district – just a stone’s throw from the biennale exhibition at the Trade Fair Palace! The program includes DJ sets and workshops on constructing sound-system setups with Shella members and the related Berlin-based FLINTA* collective Angel Audio.

We dedicated the previous newsletter to the collective readings of the local grassroots learning platform kroužek intersekce. In July, their meet-ups take place on the 4th, 7th, and 21st of July at the National Gallery Prague in the Trade Fair Palace, in the Tent space. The upcoming reading on Saturday, July 4, will be devoted to changes in parenthood and will be insightful not only for those with firsthand experience of intensive child care.

The garden of the Tusculum Art Center in Prague’s Bubeneč is an unusually welcoming place in the summer heat. A babbling brook and dozens of tall trees form a natural oasis just minutes from the arid metropolis center. As part of the biennale, the StonyTellers collective is organizing another workshop from the “Who is Talking in the Garden?” series here on July 30. Here you can open up to new ways of perceiving living and non-living inhabitants of urbanized areas and step out of your comfort zone toward sharing experiences with other participants.

Explore the complete biennale program here. The entry is free to all events as well as to the biennale exhibition, with the exception of the Shella Radio x Angel Audio event.
