To conclude the opening day of the Biennale Matter of Art 2024 exhibition in the Lidice Art Collection, artists who have been working on their projects for the biennale in the context of the Lidice Memorial will discuss the possibilities and limitations of solidarity, politics of memory and landscape, current antifascist urgencies, and ways of mourning and organizing. How is it possible to engage in multiple struggles and be in solidarity with one another? What are the limits and performative failures of solidarity? How can vulnerability create common grounds to oppose contemporary forms of imperialism and fascism?
