Biennale Matter of Art 2024 Opening – Day 3 – Lidice Gallery

The opening of the second exhibition venue of the Biennale Matter of Art 2024 will take place on June 15. The afternoon programme comprises a guided tour by artist and curator Nikita Kadan, the author of the curatorial intervention at the Lidice Art Collection and one of the commissioned artists of the biennale, a screening of the film The Lemberg Machine by Dana Kavelina and artist talks with Kateryna Aliinyk, Nikita Kadan, Dana Kavelina, Kateryna Lysovenko, Marta Popivoda and Miloslav Vorlíček, curator of the Lidice Art Collection. Admission to the event is free of charge.

The biennale is organized by the initiative tranzit.cz in cooperation with the National Gallery Prague and the Lidice Art Collection. The exhibition will run from June 14 to September 29, 2024.
